Artemisia anomala (Ritouzan Yomogi) is an herb native to China South-Central, China Southeast, and Taiwan. It grows in forest edges in wild mountains, etc. Imported field notes describe plants reaching approximately 100 cm. The leaves of the middle and lower parts of the plant have a shape that does not resemble typical Yomogi leaves. The involucre bracts are white and glossy.
