Artemisia yadongensis is a Tibetan high-elevation Artemisia named for Yadong, with Chinese herbarium records placing it in grassland and beneath dwarf shrub from about 2900 to 4240 m. The species was described from a 1974 collection, and the holotype preserved at KUN gives the page a much stronger specimen trail than most little-documented Himalayan taxa.
